You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Please ensure tags, inserts, and accessories are intact. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not qualify for return.

To start a return, contact our support team at support@OutletsSport.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions for sending the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Exchanges are shipped once the original item is confirmed in transit.
